A young cuban was detained for hours on Monday, December 26, accused of shoot a gun through the window of a Lamborghini on the Palmetto Freeway, in southwest Miami-Dade.
The young man identified as Nelson Alejandro Pérez Valdivia, 23 years old and a resident of Doral, turned himself in to the agents of the Florida Highway Patrol. At the moment, Perez faces 14 charges for discharging a firearm from a vehicle, as well as other charges for carrying a concealed weapon without permission, improper display of a firearm and resisting an officer without violence, according to the arrest report.

The shooting took place around 1:00 a.m. Friday just south of Bird Road in southwest Miami-Dade. In the video recorded by the man himself, a man can be seen pulling a gun out of the window of the luxury vehicle, shouting loudly and hitting various shots while recording himself.
According to the report, Pérez and the driver were heading south on the aforementioned highway, while traveling to speeds over 100 mph (160.9 km/h), at which time the defendant fired into Tropical Park.
After many people saw the post shared from the Instagram account “_taylor_2blea”, it was possible to determine that Pérez Valdivia was its owner.
Pérez Valdivia, who according to the local channel América Tevé is of Cuban origin, is being held without bail at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center until he appears before a judge.
According to Local 10 News, the young man could face a bail over $100,000 if all counts are considered, as he was out on bail due to an improper exhibition charge at the time of his arrest.
