Few details remain to be discovered about the update that the Buick Encore GX. The new spy images reveal interior of the SUV.
The Buick Encore GX will undergo a large-scale update in the front seats. It will also debut a large screen in one piece, mounted floating style with two digital monitors behind.
The captured prototype shows a simple driver display and shows a tachometer with a simple numeral readout dial theme for speed. The images do not show colors or animations on the monitor.
This feature is echoed in the central infotainment system, where it appears to have a simple home screen. Touch functions are barely visible to the left of the center display.
On the other hand, the climate vents are now lower on the dash, below the screen. Just below is a set of manual controls for the climate system. identical to the current Encore GX.
This interior design has certain similarities with the Buick Envista that debuted in the Chinese market and will arrive in the United States soon. Exterior-wise, it also resembles the Envista, most notably with its narrow-to-the-top daytime running lamp design and headlamps mounted further below the dummy vents.

In the front area you can see the new badge of Buick with the shields of the brand, but enclosed in the circle.
For now there is no information on renewal of the powertrain for the SUV. The current Encore GX has two three-cylinder turbocharged mills that drive the front wheels or all four with up to 155hp.
The Encore GX debuted in China, and the firm doesn’t seem interested in hiding its test mules in the United States. Its debut is likely to occur in the first quarter of 2023 as a 2024 model.
