An anecdotal event occurred in Indianapolis, when a 33-year-old woman drove through a embankment and then later in a frozen channel.
This situation continued for a while as the local Fire Department said that she “continued north on the canal until it reached the cul-de-sac at 10th Street, where it turned [y] headed south”.
His luck ran out when he vehicle broke ice and plunged into the water. The fire department reported that several passersby they helped the woman who waited in a hotel lobby after getting out of the car. She was checked by paramedics and taken to the hospital.
