Latest-generation Mercedes-Benz E-Class spied on the move in daylight

It will soon be on the market Mercedes-Benz E-Class of a new generation, although development work continues for now, as demonstrated by the recent sighting of another prototype on the roads of Germany. The video is courtesy of walkoARTvideos.

This time with less camouflage and a light body colour, the vehicle shows changes to the side profile of the Class 3, plus a departure from the current silhouette.

Another design change is the door handles, which are now flush-mounted in S-Class style. The test mule features a generic set of black wheels.

The test mule’s front and rear fascias are still kept camouflaged, so changes need to be centered in that area. It is estimated that it has a style from the S-Class.

The E-Class will be the subject of a major facelift. In fact, previous images show a revolution on the board, although certain sections were covered. Nonetheless, it was possible to see the massive center screen similar to the one seen in the Mercedes EQE.

Specialized media talk about a standard 11.9 “screen in the new E-Class, with the optional 12.9” OLED screen.

The next-generation Mercedes E-Class is expected to be revealed in the first half of 2023, with it hitting showrooms no later than 2024.
