This Wednesday, January 4, at night, a driver was the victim of a violent lock-up in Santiago Center, before criminals who fired their pistols to intimidate him.
According to police reports, the incident occurred around 11:00 p.m. in General Jofré street, between Fray Camilo Heríquez and Vicuña Mckenna, place where four thieves they approached a man driving his vehicle.
