Each model has been equipped with a specific set of 20-spoke wheels, an Alpina classic, now owned by bmw. These wheels complement the only two colors available for the Japanese market: Fire Orange and Frozen Black Metallic. The four units of Alpina B4 Gran Coupe Exclusive to Japan, they have the same specifications, such as black Merino leather upholstery, Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel, Velor floor and mats, black wood trim, and various elements of the Bavarian brand. These numbers are sent to the wheels through an eight-speed automatic gearbox. With these figures, the B4 Gran Coupé can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.7 seconds. Top speed is 187 mph (301 km/h). The four Alpina B4 Gran Coupe units are located at various BMW and Alpina dealerships within the East Asian country.
