Recently, you were asked about the releases of new cars what were they most disappointing for you in this 2022. And it turns out that there are a few cars that really failed in the opinion of users, here we tell you about the biggest failures according to Internet users.

First of all, the honorable mention goes to a number of vehicles that got only a few votes or others that got votes in a group of cars. The bmw 7 series, m2 and XM received some votes. The Mercedes-AMG C63 also received some, thanks in part to its heavy weight and small engine.

Clearly, the Subaru WRX was so disappointing that some of you intentionally lowered your expectations to save your feelings. User MtnLife mentioned it and received six upvotes, while other users under the names SSS and no25 also commented on how disappointing Subaru as a whole was in 2022. The top two disappointments of the year were pretty clear, though.

On the one hand, there is the 2023 Honda Accord, which received 11 upvotes and was mentioned by at least four users. User Holden Ute explained why this is: “There’s a difference between a smooth and clean design. It worries me because the Passat went in the exact same direction in 2012 and sales just went down from there. It’s so…simple.” Meanwhile, another user by the name of JohnTaurus complemented that comment by saying, “I think they sort of blew the Accord away because the segment is dying.”

As some expected, the 2023 Toyota bZ4X (and consequently its twin subaruthe solterra) ranked not so high as the most disappointing car according to the votes. After Smartalec mentioned it, he received 12 votes in favor. In addition, he said: “Toyota is too complacent knowing that anything they put out will sell as long as it has the Toyota badge on it.” Other than that, Yudha Bagaskara mentioned it along with the Acura Integra and Mazda CX-60, receiving eight votes in favor.
