Investigation will begin after the death of "Fico" Gutiérrez

On Sunday, January 29, he passed away Federico Gutiérrez in an accident highway registered Toluca-Valle de Bravo.

Gutiérrez, only 17 years old, was emerging as one of the promises of NASCAR, an instance in which he achieved a fifth place in the Mikel`s Trucks tournament in 2021, 12 months after debuting in the category.

His time at Nascar

As previously mentioned, he debuted in 2020 in NASCAR Mexico, where he was shown at Mikel’s Trucks taking a fifth-place finish. His best result was second place in Puebla.

In 2022 Federico made his debut in the NASCAR Challenge, achieving nine podiums and two victories, to culminate as the rookie of the Year.
