Mazda He released a teaser video again to advance a bit of the CX-90, focusing on the vehicle’s performance, in addition to revealing the exterior of the SUV. That includes a full look at his face.
The performance of the Mazda CX-90 will be handled by a turbocharged 3.3-liter six-cylinder engine that was seen in an early teaser. This engine will be capable of producing 340 HP and 369 pound-feet of torque.
Now it is important clarify that the engine developed “until” that amount, so there could be lower power configurations.
Another aspect that is referenced in the preview of the CX-90 is the Classic front-engine, rear-wheel drive architecture. This should give drivers a sporty feel, thanks to the Kinetic Posture Control (KPC) system.

The teaser confirms that the CX-90 was designed around the turbocharged i6. This suggests that the hybrid model could pair that motor with electric power, rather than the CX-60’s four-cylinder Skyactiv hybrid powertrain.
There’s also a partial look at the interior, albeit a bit shaded. The vehicle bears some resemblance to the CX-60 with slightly different corner vents. Lastly, the video suggests advanced driver assistance systems. The presentation of the CX-90 will take place on January 31.
